• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
